Delights from the forest and the field, from small farms, from Lake Constance, and the nearby fruit orchards and vegetable gardens are the ingredients Thomas Carvalho de Sousa prefers to work with. He certainly also knows to perfectly prepare specialties from the sea and faraway countries.
What will it be for you? Three eight- to nine-course menus can be chosen from every evening, one of which is vegetarian. You also arrange each course individually. Thomas Carvalho de Sousa, chef at the Löwen Hotel Montafon in Schruns since 2014, is among the best cooks in Austria.
