When it comes to the latest mountain bike trends, the Montafon region is always at the forefront. Over the last years, e-bikes have made many mountain bike tours accessible to those that hadn’t been able to manage them before. A small electric motor on the mountain bike helps overcoming long inclines.

- The minimum age to use an e-mountain bike in the Silvretta, Rätikon and Verwall is 14.
