FAQ to our wellness offers
The Löwen Spa is open from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. You may leave your suitcases in the luggage room and use the comfortable changing rooms with individual lockers.
The indoor and outdoor pools and gym are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The sauna area is open from 10 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. and the family sauna in the ladies’ spa is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
You may change into your swimwear and bathrobe in your room and take the lift directly to the wellness area. We provide disposable underwear for use during spa treatments. Please wear sportswear in the gym.
Towels are available directly from the spa reception. You don’t have to bring towels from your room.
You may enjoy an afternoon snack in your bathrobe from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. At all other times, please wear appropriate clothing when you visit the restaurant.

Please be here five minutes before your appointment and take a seat in our waiting area. If you are unable to keep your booked appointment, please make sure to cancel it up to one day before. Please be advised that we will charge the full price for appointments cancelled on the same day.
Children may use the indoor and outdoor pools without restriction and enjoy the family sauna in the ladies’ spa daily from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The mixed sauna area is for the exclusive use of adults (aged 16 and over). In the gym, the cardio equipment may be used by people aged 14 and over, while the weight training equipment may be used by people aged 16 and over.
Non-guests may visit our wellness oasis at the Löwen Hotel Montafon as a day spa. The admission fee is € 65 for a full day and € 50 for a half day.
