With the parlor sauna you have the classic feeling of a Finnish sauna - but in the Montafon. Here your circulation is stimulated, the purification process is supported and skin and respiratory organs are cared for at the same time. The perfect remedy for active athletes to prevent colds and loosen up the muscles. The typical length of stay in the sauna room is 10 to 15 minutes. Take a seat and feel the beneficial effects of the hot, dry air with every breath. Infusions with our sauna master are regularly offered in the parlor sauna.

The stone bath is based on the forces of nature that prevail in the interior of the earth. Mineral stones are heated in an oven and placed in a basket in a vat filled with cold water. The rock hissing releases its minerals, which are distributed throughout the room in the form of aerosols. The multiple lifting and lowering of the hot rock gently increases the temperature and the humidity continuously.
