You can enjoy an afternoon snack of sweet and savory treats at our hotel restaurant between 2 and 4 pm.

The popular Aktivpark Montafon offers sports, fun and action year-round. It includes a covered adventure park, a large forest playground and the Montafon alpine pool.

Your room is available from 3 pm on your planned day of arrival to 11 am on your departure date. You can leave your suitcases in our luggage room and you may even use the spa on the days of arrival and departure. Depending on your room’s availability, you may arrive earlier or leave later upon request. A fee applies.

You will be provided with a Löwen Hotel washbag, bathrobe and slippers for the duration of your stay. If you wish, you can purchase the washbag and bathrobe. Please ask our reception staff about this.
You can book appointments for beauty and cosmetic treatments at the spa reception desk. Our spa team can be reached on extension 625 from 9.30 am to 8 pm. The spa brochure on the desk lists all the treatments on offer.
The BergePLUS program includes a wide variety of outdoor activities on a daily basis. As a program partner, we organize activities such as guided hikes, climbing courses and bike tours. Our reception staff will be happy to accept your registration.
You can safely store your bicycles on the bicycle rack in the hotel’s underground garage. There you will also find our wash bay and wall outlets to charge your e-bikes.

You can ask for a baby monitor directly at the reception desk. If you need a crib, a children’s bed or a kettle, please contact our reception staff.
We have put much love and care into furnishing our children’s playroom on the first basement level. Children can use it at any time under the supervision of their parents.

You will be spoilt for choice with our Löwen gourmet services. Enjoy a six-course meal or themed buffet in the hotel restaurant every day from 6.30 to 8.30 pm. This is included in the half-board package. Alternatively, you could visit Brasserie Leonis, our à la carte restaurant, or the multiple award-winning Löwen Stube in the evening. The half-board meal you skipped will then be refunded.

The 9-hole golf course in Schruns is not far from the hotel. You can ask our reception staff for a voucher to waive the applicable green fee. Eighteen-hole courses are to be found in Braz, Brand and Rankweil. Löwen Hotel guests are eligible for a 20% discount on the respective green fees (you can pick up a voucher at the reception desk).
Details about the golf courses can be found on their respective websites. Our reception staff will be happy to book tee times for you.
The gym has numerous machines for cardio and weight training. It opens daily, from 7 am to 8 pm.

You can leave your suitcases in our luggage room until you leave.

You can prepare your own packed lunch at the breakfast buffet or ask our staff to prepare one for you. You can pick up a backpack and a half-liter water bottle at the reception desk. The price for a packed lunch is €10 per person.
Parking in our underground garage is free of charge. In addition, the hotel has EV charging stations (information at the reception).
All localities in the Montafon valley are accessible by public transport. A valid ski pass includes free transport to the winter sport location. In summer, the leisure pass includes free use of all buses and the railway line to Feldkirch. Visit www.vmobil.at to view the current schedule.

Hotel restaurant – inclusive gourmet services
Start the day with our abundant breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant every day from 7 to 11 am. You can then enjoy an afternoon snack of sweet and savory treats between 2 and 4 pm. In the evening, you will be spoilt for choice with a six-course meal or themed buffet from 6.30 to 8.30 pm. This is included in the half-board package. Alternatively, you could visit Brasserie Leonis, our à la carte restaurant, or the multiple award-winning Löwen Stube in the evening. The half-board meal you skipped will then be refunded. Please make sure to contact reception to reserve a table by noon.

Löwen Stube gourmet restaurant
The Löwen Stube, which is typical of the area and has earned three Gault Millau toques (15 points), is one of the top restaurants in the Montafon valley. Please note the opening hours.
You can order room service on extension 600. All the options are listed on the menu in your room. A surcharge of €5 per order applies for room service.

We provide a free arrival and departure shuttle service between our hotel and the Schruns train station by prior arrangement. You can obtain further information at the reception desk. We can also organize cabs and transfers.

There is a ski room equipped with a heated ski boot dryer on the first basement level. It also has a door providing direct access to the outside (the exit is next to the main entrance). The base station of the Hochjoch cable car, which takes you to the Silvretta Montafon ski area, is only 200 meters away from the hotel.
If you have pre-ordered a ski pass, you can pick it up from the reception desk. You can also purchase a ski pass at the sales offices or cable car base stations of the respective ski resorts.
The Schruns ski school is located directly in the summit station of the Hochjoch cable car.
By law, smoking is not permitted in the common areas of our hotel. Please do not smoke in your room either. You may smoke on the balconies.
Our exclusive Smokers’ Lounge on the first floor is available to all smokers. There, you will also find a humidor with a selection of cigars.
You can use our spa’s solarium for a fee. The tokens are available at the spa reception desk.
Our Löwen Spa provides the best in terms of wellness. It extends over an area of 3,000m² on the first and second basement levels. You can book your preferred treatments directly at the spa reception desk. We recommend that you make your appointment well in advance.

The Intersport sports store opposite the Schruns train station stocks an extensive range of swimwear.

The Montafon Tennis Club with its seven clay courts (outdoor) is within a stone’s throw of the hotel. Our reception staff will tell you about other tennis facilities and book a court for you.
Please ask the reception staff for any additional towels you may want. We care for the environment, so please hang the towels you would like to reuse on the towel rail. If you wish to have your towels changed, please place the used ones in the bathtub or shower.
Our reception staff will be happy to suggest suitable hikes, trips and events for you.

In line with legal provisions, the hotel is liable for any valuables you store in the safe in your room up to a maximum value of €1,100.
Should you wish, you can deposit your valuables in the hotel safe at reception free of charge.

We will give you a ring to wake you up at your request. Simply talk to our reception staff to organize your wake-up call.
No need to panic! Every Saturday at noon, the provincial civil defense authorities trigger a short test alarm to check that warning sirens are in good working order.
Technical equipment in the hotel rooms
ELECTRIC FIREPLACE
Some of our hotel rooms have an electric fireplace with a humidifier. Just turn on the switch.
WINDOWS
For reasons of safety, windows with a sill height of less than one meter can only be tilted and not fully opened.
HEATING
You can set the temperature in your room by adjusting the thermostat near the door to your room. Please do not adjust the radiator valves. Ventilation with heated or cooled fresh air is controlled centrally.
HOTEL PASS
The hotel pass serves to open your room’s door and activate the lighting. This does not affect power sockets, so you can even charge your devices when you are not in your room.
LIGHT SWITCHES
The light switches in your room activate a different light source per quarter turn (e.g. ceiling lighting, mirror lights, etc.).
MINIBAR
The minibar automatically enters silent mode after 10 pm.
SAFE
Each hotel room has a safe with a built-in power socket in the closet.
To lock the safe, hold the door shut, enter the four-digit code and then press the “close” button.
To open it, simply enter the four-digit code.

To make a telephone call to an external phone number from your room, please dial 0 and then the desired number.

DOOR LOCK WITH “DO NOT DISTURB” FUNCTION
The lock on the door to your room is equipped with a Do Not Disturb function. A privacy button is installed above the door handle inside your room. Simply press the button to activate privacy mode. It is only with your door pass that you can open the door from the outside. To deactivate privacy mode, please hold your pass over the sensor on the door inside your room and then open and close the door.
